MEET THE SALON 61 TEAM

Liz Hake
Senior Catering Sales Manager
Liz Hake is originally from Northbrook, Illinois, and got her start in the restaurant industry in college. Liz joined the Lettuce Entertain You family as a host and server at Wildfire in Glenview in 2007, while also pursuing a degree in history at Northeastern Illinois.
Upon graduation, Liz joined the opening team at RPM Italian where she was a server and bartender for 3 years. Looking for a new challenge and opportunity, Liz joined Limelight and The Revel Group as an Event Producer to begin her career in catering sales, but quickly returned back to LEYE where she opened Booth One. Liz then moved on to join the team at Aba and The Dalcy where she was promoted to their Senior Sales Manager. After nearly 6 years at Aba and The Dalcy Liz is now proud to be the Senior Catering Sales Manager at Salon 61.
Her favorite part of the job is the creativity of planning, and seeing an idea come to life. When Liz isn’t in the restaurant, she enjoys going to sports events, live performances, concerts, dining out and exploring Chicago.

GIANA DEVINCENZI
Catering Sales Manager
Giana DeVincenzi grew up in Napa Valley, California where she was immersed in the hospitality industry from a young age. She moved to Chicago in 2017 to attend Loyola University Chicago where she earned her undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Spanish, followed by an MBA.
Giana has an array of experience from her previous roles working in restaurants, coordinating weddings, and planning corporate events. She is now thrilled to expand her expertise as Catering Sales Manager at Salon 61. Giana loves problem solving and finding ways to make each event special. In her free time, you’ll find Giana eating out, reading, or doing yoga.

SAM DICKSTEIN
Executive Chef
Sam Dickstein discovered his passion for food and hospitality early on, which he pursued at Johnson and Wales University, earning a degree in Restaurant Food and Beverage Management. While in college, he worked at restaurants in Providence and completed the Lettuce Entertain You (LEYE) internship, later joining LEYE full-time at Saranello’s. He found his calling in the kitchen, taking on Sous Chef roles at Il Porcellino, Ramen-san, and RPM Italian. He was a part of the opening team at Pizzeria Portofino, which won the Chicago Tribune Readers’ Choice Award for Best New Restaurant. After four years there, he returned to RPM Italian before becoming Executive Chef at Il Porcellino, Ramen-san and Salon 61. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, cooking for loved ones, and spending time with his wife Brooke and their daughter Maeve.

NATASHA BAGDOCIMO
Associate Partner and Director of Operations
Natasha Bagdocimo is an Associate Partner and Director of Operations at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, overseeing Ramen-san, Il Porcellino, Tallboy Taco, and Lettuce Entertain You’s newest private event venue, Salon 61.
Her leadership has been key to the growth of the Ramen-san brand and most recently, the opening of Salon 61. Natasha’s career at Lettuce began in management roles and quickly advanced to overseeing multiple concepts across the portfolio. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning languages, dining out, and spending time with her partner and their pup.
